Rachel & Matt

July 29th, 2010~ Engagement

Matt & Rachel became engaged while cross country skiing last winter at the Northland Arboretum, so it only seemed appropriate that we have their engagement session there too! We met on a warm (buggy!) summer night and had a blast walking around the beautiful grounds at the arboretum and getting to know each other. I love their story as it parellels Sean’s and mine… a little match.com and a move up north can definitely lead to love. I am so excited to be photographing their September wedding. Fall is just around the corner!

Bridgette & Matt are getting married on June 18, 2011 in Crosslake Town Square. We met on an early Sunday morning and raced through some clouds and raindrops to capture their engagement!

Anne & Steve

June 2nd, 2010~ Engagement

A photo shoot in the big city! I love it!

I met Anne & Steve in St. Paul for their engagement session last week, and we had sooo much fun despite the 93 degree temperature. We had a great night together comparing our love stories from Match.com. Anne & Steve will be married in September in St. Paul with a reception at the Science Museum. I can hardly wait!

OMG…the shots of them in front of those church doors are amazing!! And can I just say that this girl is gorgeous. For one thing, she looks fabulous in blue with her dark hair, but that close-up black/white shot of her is just stunning! Congrats to the lovely couple. And great job Chelsie!

I love engagement sessions! It gives me a chance to really get to know ‘my’ bride and groom before their big day.

Kari & Jeff are getting married on September 18th in Brainerd and I can’t wait! They are so perfect for one another and they photograph beautifully together. We enjoyed a nice summer night together in Pequot Lakes…

Emily & Eric

April 6th, 2010~ Engagement

I spent a nice sunday evening with Emily and Eric bouncing around Walker, MN for their engagement session. I am always so humbled by my military couples…the sacrifices they make are numerous, especially loving one another from such a great distance. Emily and Eric have been through so much together and I am grateful for the opportunity to photograph their June wedding at Moondance in Walker.

November 19th, 2009~ Engagement

Kelli & Ben are planning their July 2010 wedding at the Northland Arboretum in Brainerd, MN. It just seemed appropriate to meet them there for the first time for their engagement session… I admire long distance love ~ it seems to be the real deal…
